The cast includes Ananda Everingham as Khun Pan, Mario Maurer, Phakin Khamwilaisak (Tono) as bandits Mahesuan and Dam, Bhumibhat Thavornsiri as Police Captain Tatthep, and Sarika Sathsilpsupa as Sawittree.

“Khun Pan 3” is set in 1950s Thailand, after World War II. It follows the story of Khun Pan, a sorcerer cop, who faces a dangerous struggle for control in the country. Corrupt politicians, magic-wielding bandits, and military generals all vie for power, pushing Thailand toward anarchy. Khun Pan, now expecting a child, wants to leave his violent past behind, but when three politicians are kidnapped, he must embark on one final mission to hunt down the bandits. However, he realizes that his powers are fading due to the karmic blood debt from his past actions.
