TikTok Shop has introduced its #TikTokShopSmart campaign to help consumers shop more safely and efficiently during the holiday season. This initiative provides online shoppers with helpful tips, new features, and tools to ensure they buy quality, authentic products.

With online shopping at its peak during this time of year, TikTok aims to give buyers confidence in their purchases.

“With #TikTokShopSmart, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering a reliable, customer-first experience,” Franco Aligaen, marketing lead at TikTok Philippines, said during a media briefing. “This campaign encourages shoppers to take advantage of new tools designed to improve their shopping experience.”

At the core of #TikTokShopSmart are smart shopping tips that educate consumers on finding verified sellers and reading genuine reviews. By following these tips, users can quickly identify quality products and make informed decisions. The platform also encourages its community to share their shopping tips, creating a supportive environment as the holiday season approaches.
