TP in the Philippines (formerly Teleperformance), a digital business services company, engaged 3,500 graduating students at the “Bridges to Success” Career Fair at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay, opening job opportunities and offering hands-on interview training.
Organized by National University (NU) with SM Offices, the event brought together students from five NU campuses for career talks, employer meetups, and industry briefings designed to help fresh graduates navigate a competitive job market.
NU HR senior director Lyle Dela Cerna and SM Offices VP and BU head Alexis Ortiga welcomed attendees, highlighting the need for stronger industry-academe collaboration to improve graduate employability.
During the “From Campus to Career” panel, TP representatives shared practical advice for job seekers.
“A fresh graduate’s academic journey should never be discounted,” said Deng Lopez, manager, business development, TP. “Earning a degree is a significant achievement that deserves real weight in job interviews and provides a strong foundation for a first-time job seeker.”
TP’s recruitment booth drew heavy foot traffic, with students exploring roles in customer experience, digital services, and business support. The company conducted one-on-one mock interviews and skills assessments, giving applicants real-time feedback from recruiters.
TP also brought its solar-powered modern jeepney, which served as an interactive hub for interview practice, career discussions, and a live podcast featuring NU representatives. Students who joined activities received tokens and prizes.
The event is the first stop of TP’s 2026 nationwide caravan, a roadshow aimed at bringing job opportunities and career training closer to Filipino students.
The company will continue partnering with schools and government groups to expand hiring and support employment across the Philippines.
