Xiaomi has introduced the Xiaomi MIX Flip 2, its newest foldable smartphone featuring a slim design, upgraded performance, and a new Leica camera system.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, the MIX Flip 2 includes a 5,165mAh battery and a dual VC 3D cooling system. Its main camera has a Light Fusion 800 sensor paired with a Leica Summilux optical lens, aimed at helping users capture more detailed photos.
The device’s 3.5-inch outer display now supports more than 500 popular apps, including those for social media, music, navigation, and shopping. It also introduces new animated pet lock screens, with options to create AI-generated versions using personal pet photos.
When unfolded, the MIX Flip 2 is 7.57mm thin and weighs 199 grams. It is available in four colors—White, Purple, Green, and Checkered Gold, and three storage variants: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB. Prices start at 5,999 RMB.
Xiaomi also launched a MIX Flip Special Edition in a matching color to its new YU7 device. This version comes in eight color options and two storage variants, with prices starting at 5,999 RMB. It will be available on the Xiaomi Store, Xiaomi Auto App, and Xiaomi Home.
