Xiaomi has introduced its latest flagship smartphone lineup, the Xiaomi 15 Series, at a launch event in Barcelona, Spain. The lineup includes the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra, both featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, improved cooling systems, and enhanced photography capabilities.
Both models run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, offering a 45% CPU performance boost and a 44% GPU improvement over previous generations. The Xiaomi IceLoop cooling system helps manage heat, ensuring smooth performance for video recording, gaming, and AI-driven tasks.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra has a 5,410mAh battery with a high energy density, supporting 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. The Xiaomi 15 has a slightly smaller 5,240mAh battery, with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. Both models use the Xiaomi Surge Battery Management System to optimize power efficiency.
