Consumer electronics company Acer has announced a new lineup of Swift laptops designed as Copilot+ PCs running Windows 11, using Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The updated range includes the Swift 16 AI, Swift Edge AI models, and Swift Go AI laptops, designed for users who want built-in artificial intelligence (AI) features for work, study, and everyday use.

The Swift AI lineup focuses on on-device AI processing, which allows certain tasks to run directly on the laptop instead of relying on cloud services. Acer said the devices are designed for content creators, mobile professionals, and general users who need light, portable laptops with modern features.

Across the lineup, Acer includes its own AI-powered tools such as PurifiedVoice for clearer audio during calls, PurifiedView for camera enhancements, and User Sensing, which helps manage screen behavior based on presence. Users can access additional features through Acer Intelligence Space, a central hub for AI tools. The laptops also include Acer My Key, a programmable key that can be set to open apps, websites, or Windows features.

The Swift 16 AI is considered as the top model in the series. It is built with an aluminum body and runs on up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with Intel Arc B390 graphics. The laptop features a 16-inch OLED touch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and supports stylus input through its large haptic touchpad. Acer said this setup is intended for users working with design, editing, or large files. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-A, and a MicroSD slot.

The Swift Edge AI models focus on portability. Available in 14-inch and 16-inch versions, these laptops are made with a stainless steel-magnesium alloy and meet MIL-STD 810H durability standards. The 14-inch version weighs under 1 kilogram. Both models use up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor and support up to 32 GB of memory and 1 TB of storage. They also come with OLED touch displays, Wi-Fi 7, and built-in IR cameras that support facial recognition and presence detection.

For users looking for more affordable options, Acer introduced the Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI. These models balance performance and portability, using up to the same Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor found in the higher-end models. They include aluminum chassis designs, displays that open flat at 180 degrees, and camera systems designed to improve video calls. Storage, memory, and port options are similar to the rest of the Swift AI range.

As Copilot+ PCs, all models support Windows 11 AI features such as Click to Do, which allows users to take quick actions based on what appears on their screen. They also include access to Copilot on Windows, which supports voice commands and screen-based assistance.
