Insurance and financial services provider AXA Philippines is putting the spotlight on its Asset Master product, a single-pay insurance and investment plan designed to help Filipinos protect their assets and ensure a smooth transfer of wealth to their heirs.
Estate planning, often perceived as relevant only to the very wealthy, is increasingly becoming a necessity for many Filipino families. Owning a home, running a small business, or saving to provide for children’s education already creates an inheritance worth safeguarding. Without proper planning, these assets can face delays, unexpected taxes, or even disputes among family members.
Asset Master was developed to address these concerns by combining life insurance protection with investment growth. The plan provides life insurance coverage of at least 125% of the one-time premium payment or an amount equal to the account value, whichever is higher. This ensures beneficiaries receive financial support during a difficult transition.
Policyholders also have the option to make top-ups as their wealth grows, aligning the plan with their evolving financial goals. Beyond covering immediate expenses such as estate taxes and legal fees, the product is structured to preserve and pass on wealth in a way that reduces complications for heirs.
“Estate planning is not just about money. It’s about making sure the people you love are protected from financial and legal burdens when you’re no longer around,” AXA Philippines said in a statement.
Insurance is often an overlooked but effective tool in estate planning. It provides immediate liquidity, giving heirs the resources they need to settle obligations and maintain financial stability. For many Filipino families, this means preserving not just assets but also harmony within the household.
With Asset Master, AXA Philippines is encouraging Filipinos to start building their legacy with intention. The company can guide clients in creating plans that fit their needs, whether it is securing property, protecting a family business, or preparing children for the future.
