Online classifieds’ site Carousell is holding its month-long first-ever used car sale in the Philippines starting tomorrow. “Car-o-Sale” features listings of the site’s longtime automotive merchants and aims to provide potential car buyers with a wide selection of “quality used” vehicles from its list of trusted sellers.

The online car sale offers more than 1,000 vehicle listings from Carousell’s biggest and trusted sellers including ALL CARS, Car Empire, and Batman Motors will be participating, offering discounts as high as Php 150,000. Featured cars include Ford Ranger, Toyota Fortuner, Honda City, Toyota Hiace Grandia, Honda CR-V, and Toyota Alphard.

“Now more than ever, used cars can be of huge benefit for Filipinos as the need for a safe, convenient and affordable way to commute has been highlighted by the difficult mobility situation brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Karl Magsuci, head of Autos, Carousell Philippines.

“Also, many entrepreneurs who are in the used car business need the support to restart their operations after the Enhanced Community Quarantine (imposed by the Philippine government),” Magsuci said. “Through our online classifieds platform, we hope to be able to provide them with an effective and cost-efficient way to reach out to the car-buying market and promote their respective offerings.”
