Conduent Inc., a technology-driven business solutions and services company, has expanded its operations in the Philippines with a new 9,200-square-meter facility at Lima Tower One in the Lima Estate in Lipa-Malvar.
The site opened recently and is expected to hire about 325 employees by the end of the year. The new team will support customer experience management (CXM) solutions for a US-based healthcare company. Conduent’s CXM services aim to help clients improve customer service, streamline operations, and manage costs more effectively.
“A key part of Conduent’s strategy is identifying locations where we can attract top talent across diverse skill sets,” said Kathy Gutierrez, country leader, Conduent Philippines. “With a growing population, ten major colleges and universities in the surrounding area, excellent transportation network, and premium office space in LIMA Tower One, Lipa-Malvar is the ideal location for our expansion.”
The Lipa-Malvar site adds to Conduent’s operations in Manila and Cebu, where around 8,000 employees currently support global clients.
The company is hiring healthcare customer experience associates with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support the new account.
