Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has launched Content Plus, an in-room entertainment and service platform for hotels and healthcare facilities. The solution uses the company’s fiber network and HD channel lineup to help establishments improve guest engagement and streamline daily operations.
Content Plus offers HD channel packages and can be integrated with a property’s Property Management System (PMS). Through this integration, guests can order food, amenities, and other services from their rooms, with the charges automatically reflected in their account. The system also supports access to personal streaming subscriptions for a more customized entertainment experience.

Content Plus is compatible with popular over-the-top (OTT) platforms, catering to changing viewing habits among travelers and patients.
