D-Link Corp., a Taiwan-based networking and connectivity company, has reaffirmed its commitment to cybersecurity and smart connectivity solutions. This comes at a time when cybersecurity’s role in national security is under increasing scrutiny, following reports of risks tied to certain networking brands.

Commitment to Made-in-Taiwan Excellence

D-Link Corp. expressed its support for Taiwan’s national policy emphasizing “Cybersecurity is National Security,” which has guided efforts since 2016. By working closely with Taiwan’s supply chain, D-Link aims to meet global cybersecurity standards while ensuring the quality of its products.

D-Link’s AQUILA PRO AI series represents its commitment to secure and reliable networking. Built with components sourced from Taiwan, the series integrates advanced encryption technologies, such as WPA3, and complies with global cybersecurity certifications, including IEC 62443-4-1 and ETSI EN 303 645.

Sustainable operations and future growth

In addition to product innovations, D-Link, which has has more than 90 offices around the world, is enhancing its sustainable practices. The company increased local procurement by 7.02% year-on-year, strengthening its Made-in-Taiwan (MIT) strategy. This aligns with its goal to support the growth of secure smart homes and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

As cybersecurity concerns grow worldwide, D-Link plans to continue investing in research and development.
