DXC Technology, a global technology services provider, opened a Client Experience Centre in Taguig City to support customer collaboration and expand its (artificial intelligence) AI-focused operations in the Philippines.

The facility is located inside DXC’s Philippines Global Delivery Centre and is meant to bring together customers, partners, and DXC’s 7,000 employees in the country. The space will support work on application, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services, as well as co-creation activities with clients.

“This Centre harnesses the strength of DXC’s exceptional talent across the Philippines as well as our clients’ increased focus on AI-powered solutions,” said Ramnath Venkataraman, president, Consulting and Engineering Services of DXC. “It is a strategic engine of innovation for DXC showcasing how we partner with global customers to lead through transformation and meet the challenges of tomorrow.”

The center follows DXC’s AI-first strategy and includes the AI Incubation Hub, which will develop solutions that combine AI tools with enterprise technology services. It also houses an AI-first Security Operations Centre that will operate round the clock to monitor, detect, and respond to security risks for DXC’s global customers.

DXC’s Philippines Global Delivery Centre serves as the company’s SAP Centre of Excellence, which holds DXC’s largest group of SAP specialists worldwide. More than 1,800 SAP consultants in the country support over 350 enterprise customers across different markets.

“I commend the continued growth of the 7,000-strong DXC team here in the Philippines,” said Jack Madrid, president and CEO of IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines. “Your dedication to the continuous upskilling and reskilling of the digital Filipino workers in transformative technology such as agentic AI, is very important for the continued success of the Philippines as an IT-BPM destination.”

DXC has operated in the Philippines for decades, serving sectors such as consumer and retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, automotive, and the public sector. The new center adds to its expanding AI-first delivery network, which includes recent openings in Detroit, Halifax, Buenos Aires, and its AI Centre of Competence in Warsaw.
