Shoppedia, a new e-commerce platform launching on Nov. 8, has partnered with courier service J&T Express to improve delivery experiences for online shoppers in the Philippines. The agreement was signed during a ceremony at the Privato Hotel.

The partnership aims to make delivery faster and more reliable by using J&T Express’ nationwide network and Shoppedia’s focus on authentic, high-quality products.

“Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently, no matter where they are in the country,” said Neil La-as, CEO of Shoppedia.

The partnership emphasizes three main goals: speeding up delivery times, providing consistent service, and improving customer support for delivery-related concerns. Shoppedia will integrate J&T’s tracking system into its platform to allow customers real-time updates on their orders. They also plan to offer flexible delivery options, including same-day or next-day delivery in certain areas.

“We are excited to collaborate with Shoppedia and contribute to the growth of e-commerce in the Philippines through a seamless and reliable delivery experience,” said Zoe Chi, brand director at J&T Express

Both companies are exploring ways to further innovate, possibly expanding their services to other Southeast Asian countries. The agreement reflects their commitment to improving the e-commerce experience for Filipino consumers.
