EastWest, a Philippine-based bank, foodpanda Philippines, a food delivery platform, and Visa Philippines, a global payments technology company, have launched the EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card, offering rewards for everyday purchases both within and outside foodpanda.

Cardholders receive 10% cashback on all foodpanda orders, up to ₱400 per month. After reaching the cap, they continue to earn 3% cashback. Overseas purchases earn 1% cashback, while other local transactions earn 0.3%, with a total monthly cashback limit of ₱1,000 across all spending categories. The card has no annual fee for the first year and early users receive a six-month free pandapro subscription.

“This partnership brings together three brands that believe in convenience, value, and digital innovation. Together, we’re making rewards simpler, faster, and built around the way people live today,” said Jerry Ngo, CEO of EastWest.

Cashback is automatically credited weekly to a user’s pandapay wallet, giving cardholders immediate access to their reward.

“Together with EastWest and foodpanda, we’re enabling the next wave of digital payments in the Philippines,” said Jeffrey Navarro, country head of Visa Philippines.

The card focuses on everyday spending rather than large purchases, rewarding users for daily essentials, small treats, and on-the-spot cravings.

The collaboration also extends foodpanda’s financial services, linking cashback to pandapay to encourage repeat orders and engagement.

“The EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card expands our digital ecosystem, giving users even more ways to experience value and convenience with foodpanda,” said Lhecks De Castro, director of finance at foodpanda Philippines. “This partnership allows us to turn everyday spending into opportunities to earn, save, and stay engaged within the platform, strengthening both loyalty and the overall customer experience.”

As digital payments grow among younger users, cobranded products like this one are redefining rewards, making routine spending on meals part of a broader digital lifestyle.

The card supports tap-to-pay, works globally wherever Visa is accepted, and offers continuous cashback, connecting practical payment with ongoing rewards.
