The recognition, based on 344 verified reviews as of Sept. 30, 2024, highlighted a customer rating of 4.9/5, emphasizing Sophos MDR’s ability to deliver tailored threat detection and response services.

Sophos is the only vendor recognized as a Customers’ Choice across Endpoint Protection Platforms, Network Firewalls, and MDR Services for the second consecutive year. Its MDR service manages multi-vendor security environments, supporting over 25,000 customers worldwide.
Customer feedback featured in the report praised Sophos MDR for its ease of management and comprehensive protection.
Sophos MDR also earned accolades beyond customer reviews. It was named Best MDR Service in the 2024 SC Awards for its rapid response capabilities, detecting threats in an average of one minute and remediating them within 12 minutes. These capabilities are further supported by a $1 million breach warranty for MDR Complete customers.
