Golden Visa Centrale (GVC), an international property marketing consultancy firm, is holding an exclusive August Roadshow in the Philippines to showcase Portugal’s Golden Visa investment opportunity. The event will focus on the €500,000 private equity fund, which grants residency in Portugal, a country known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning coastal landscapes.
During the roadshow, participants will learn about the benefits of Portugal’s Golden Visa, which has already granted 352 visas through the investment route in the first nine months of 2023. The program offers not only European residency but also the potential for significant returns through a prime real estate asset in Lisbon’s central business district.
Vicky Luis, co-founder and president of GVC, will lead the event, joined by Rakesh Makithia, chief investment officer at Arish Capital Partners, and Rosalia Torres, head of Sales and International Markets. Also speaking will be Laura Tique from Pinto Ribeiro Advogados, an expert in the Golden Visa program.
