Golden Visa Centrale (GVC), a consultancy in residency-by-investment, invites Filipinos to a live webinar on May 16 to explore new opportunities in the Portugal Golden Visa program. This event aims to guide participants through the process of securing residency or citizenship in Portugal with a €500,000 investment.

The webinar will feature a panel of experts, including Vicky Luis, co-founder and president of GVC; Rakesh Majithia, chief investment officer at Arish Capital Partners; Rosalia Torres, head of International Sales at Arish Capital Partners; Andre Miranda, managing partner at Pinto Ribeiro Advogados; and Laura Tique, associate lawyer at Pinto Ribeiro Advogados. They will discuss the program’s benefits and why the 18-month processing time is worthwhile.

In 2023, foreign nationals invested over €125 million in the Portugal Golden Visa program, with 352 visas granted through the investment route — a 45.45% increase from the previous year. This rising trend highlights the program’s growing appeal.

The Portugal Golden Visa offers numerous privileges, such as the right to live, work, and study in Portugal, the possibility of applying for citizenship after five years with minimal stay requirements, and family reunification, including same-sex couples. Also, visa-free travel within Schengen countries is available.

Access to Portugal’s universal healthcare system is a significant benefit of the program. Portugal ranked 22nd in the 2022 World Index of Healthcare Innovation, 9th in overall quality, 13th in patient-centered care, and 3rd in infrastructure, indicating a high-quality health system for residents and their families.

“We also want to announce our newest promotion — once you invest €500K into the program, you can get up to  €200K in year zero, essentially making it a €300K investment,” Luis said.

Join GVC, Arish Capital Partners, and Pinto Ribeiro Advogados on May 16, 2024, at 3 p.m. for this free online webinar and discover what Portugal and Europe have to offer.
