NMBLR.ai is expanding its enterprise AI adoption efforts in the Philippines with the opening of Programmable, an AI Nexus and innovation hub in Makati City designed to help executives and organizations understand, build, and deploy AI solutions.

The enterprise AI orchestration company said the hub will serve as the permanent home of its Nexus executive AI fluency program, which has already trained hundreds of senior leaders on how to apply AI in business operations.

Unlike AI initiatives that remain in the testing stage, NMBLR.ai aims to help companies move AI projects into actual business use by combining executive training, technical expertise, and enterprise AI tools.

“In today’s environment, leaders need to understand not just what AI can do, but how it can create measurable business value,” said Winston Damarillo, CEO and founder of NMBLR.ai.

In the Philippines, NMBLR.ai is working with enterprises across banking, financial services, retail, and real estate to help reduce innovation costs, improve operations, and build AI capabilities among employees.

The company recently delivered Bahaideals.com, an AI-powered property technology platform that connects Philippine real estate developers with global buyers. It also developed AI solutions for US-based grocery retailer Seafood City and global development firm Chemonics.

NMBLR.ai said Programmable will provide a space where business leaders can move from discussing AI strategies to creating and deploying working systems.

“Programmable is where AI stops being abstract,” Damarillo said. “Executives walk in with questions and walk out with running systems.”

The company’s platform includes Foundation, a secure and governed AI layer for enterprises; Prism, which allows users to access business insights through natural language; and Forge, which helps organizations build and deploy AI applications faster.

NMBLR.ai said it is also expanding its global reach through a partnership with Alchemi Ventures, extending its platform across more than 50 countries.

The company’s expansion comes as businesses continue looking for practical ways to use AI beyond experimentation, focusing on applications that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experiences.
