Philippines-based residency-by-investment consultancy Golden Visa Centrale (GVC) is holding a March roadshow in Metro Manila to present residency and investment visa options in Portugal and Greece, programs that offer pathways to European residency and, in some cases, citizenship.

More than 400 families have already started their golden visa applications through the consultancy, according to the company.

The sessions will be led by Vicky Luis, co-founder and president of Golden Visa Centrale, who will explain how investors from the Philippines can obtain residency through property or fund investments in Europe.

Portugal’s program requires a €500,000 investment in a private equity fund backed by prime real estate in Lisbon’s central business district. The investment offers a path to Portuguese citizenship in five years with a minimum stay requirement of only seven days per year.

Greece’s golden visa option requires a €250,000 property investment in Athens. The property highlighted in the roadshow is located in the Kastella neighborhood overlooking the Port of Mikrolimano, an area known for its coastal views and proximity to the city center.

The Greek program offers a five-year renewable permanent residence visa and allows family reunification for up to three generations. Visa holders also gain visa-free travel within the Schengen area, with no minimum stay requirement and relatively fast processing.

“Join the more than 400 families who have started their golden visa applications and enhance your global mobility,” said Luis.

March 11, 2026, 5:30 p.m., Manila House BGC, Rizal Room
