Recognizing the shift in consumer behavior, superapp Grab is expanding its features by bolstering its online-to-offline solutions with the introduction of Pay With Grab and Instant Deals for Grab Food.
At the annual GrabNext conference, the company officially unveiled its omnicommerce strategies, Pay With Grab, and Instant Deals enhancing its omnicommerce capabilities. It is also integrating in-person dining and digital convenience after seeing the uptick in its self-pick-up (SPU) feature.
“Our aim is to equip MSMEs with innovative tools that cater to this new hybrid consumer behavior, ensuring that every interaction,” said Greg Camacho, director for Deliveries at Grab Philippines.
