Technology brand Honor Philippines previewed its upcoming Honor 400 Pro 5G smartphone during The New Hue’s Video Music Awards 2025, ahead of the product’s official launch on Aug. 2. The phone features a 200MP Super Sensing AI Camera System.

The partnership with The New Hue allowed the brand to demonstrate the camera’s capabilities at the awards night held on July 27, which honored both established and rising Filipino music acts. Cup of Joe, Maki, Amiel Sol, Philia, Hev Abi, and Janine Teñoso were among the artists present at the event.

“As an institution that champions top-of-the-line technology, we also recognize local talents. This partnership with The New Hue reflects our commitment in supporting music scene in the country together with our upcoming smartphone Honor 400 5G,” said Stephen Cheng, vice president of Honor Philippines.

The Honor 400 Pro 5G includes a 50MP telephoto camera with a Sony IMX856 sensor, 3x optical zoom, and optical image stabilization. It also features AI Enhanced Portrait and AI Super Zoom with AIGC-powered telephoto up to 50x.
