Technology brand Honor Philippines will launch its new Honor 400 Pro 5G smartphone on Aug. 2, during the GMA Gala 2025, GMA Network’s fundraising event supporting the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
The Honor 400 Pro 5G follows the release of the Honor 400 5G and is aimed at users who want stronger photography features. The phone includes a 200MP AI camera, as well as a 50MP telephoto lens with a Sony IMX856 sensor, 3x optical zoom, and optical image stabilization (OIS). It also comes with an AI Enhanced Portrait feature that supports clearer, more detailed portraits.
“We owe the success of the Honor 400 5G to our Honor fans, without a doubt, and with that, we are introducing the Honor 400 Pro 5G,” said Stephen Cheng, VP at Honor Philippines. “They asked for it and their wish is our command. Coming this Aug. 2, Honor fans and tech enthusiasts should definitely watch out for #YourAIPhone with 200MP AI Camera.”
Cheng added that the company’s partnership with GMA continues for the second year to highlight the camera strengths of its midrange phones.
“For two years straight now, we have partnered with GMA for its annual gala to really bring out the camera capabilities of our midrange heroes. We are excited to share this feat with them,” he said.
Honor said the 400 Pro 5G also features the same durability and AI photography experience as the base model, with improvements in image quality, especially in zoom and portrait modes.
