Mobile device brand HONOR awarded a Tesla Cybertruck to the grand winner of its HONOR X9d 5G “Win A Tesla Cybertruck” promo, which ran from Jan. 9 to 23, 2026 during the smartphone’s pre-order period.
“The HONOR X9d 5G is our biggest win this year, and it continues to stand out in its category with its ultra-tough build, engineered to withstand everyday drops and pressure, making it a reliable companion for users with active lifestyles. This awarding marks a milestone not only for us, but also for our growing community of Filipino fans,” said Stephen Cheng, VP of HONOR Philippines.
The grand winner, Lorelyn Felonia, secured the prize after purchasing 10 units of the HONOR X9d 5G during the promo period. The prize, a Tesla Cybertruck worth several million pesos, is considered one of the most sought-after electric vehicles globally.
HONOR Philippines country manager Sean Yuan and digital marketing manager and content lead Eason De Guzman led the awarding ceremony.
The campaign is part of HONOR’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the Philippine smartphone market by combining product promotions with high-impact incentives. The company said it plans to roll out similar campaigns aimed at boosting engagement among its local user base.
