International Workplace Group (IWG), a global provider of hybrid workspaces, launched its first Regus center in Mabalacat, Pampanga, on Jan. 27, 2025. The new facility, located at Skytech IT Park along McArthur Highway, is a result of a partnership with Mabalacat Prime Land Realty and Development Corp.

The expansion is part of IWG’s strategy to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces in key regional hubs. Mabalacat City, known as a gateway to Central Luzon, offers strong connectivity to major transport routes, making it an attractive location for businesses.

“This partnership reflects our mutual commitment to driving growth and providing businesses with the support they need to succeed in Central Luzon’s dynamic landscape,” said Katarina Sy, sales and finance director of Mabalacat Prime Land Realty and Development Corp. “Mabalacat is rapidly emerging as a key business destination, and we are excited to contribute to its growth through this collaboration with IWG.”

The Mabalacat Regus center offers private offices, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms, with access to IWG’s global network through its app. The company has been expanding across the Philippines, adding new locations in Cagayan de Oro, Baguio, and Mandaluyong, with more openings planned in Cavite, Makati, and Batangas.

“This new center in Mabalacat underscores our commitment to supporting hybrid working in the Philippines,” said Lars Wittig, senior vice president of APAC North at IWG. “As the demand for flexible workspaces continues to rise, we are proud to provide businesses with cost-effective, scalable solutions.”

IWG operates over 4,000 locations worldwide and continues to invest in hybrid work solutions, responding to the growing demand for flexible office spaces.
