Jabra, a professional audio brand, has launched the PanaCast 40 Video Bar System (VBS), an Android-powered device designed for small meeting rooms. The new product expands the company’s video collaboration portfolio by offering the same features as the PanaCast 50 VBS in a smaller, more cost-efficient setup.
The PanaCast 40 VBS is built to support hybrid work, where companies require reliable and compact video conferencing tools for smaller spaces. It is equipped with a dual-camera system that provides a 180-degree field of view, ensuring that all participants in the room are visible. The cameras are supported by advanced stitching technology for seamless video coverage.
Audio is powered by GN Group’s sound processing technology, with six microphones featuring adaptive beamforming for clearer voice pickup and a single built-in speaker for consistent sound quality. These capabilities allow participants to be seen and heard clearly in meetings.
The device is designed for easy setup, with a simple installation process and built-in cable routing that reduces setup time. It also shares many of the same accessories as the PanaCast 50 VBS, which helps standardize operations across different room sizes.
Certified for Android environments, the PanaCast 40 VBS works with major platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and it also supports bring-your-own-device (BYOD) options. Additional accessories, including a touch controller and detachable faceplate, are available as bundles.
The video bar integrates with Jabra+ software for ongoing management and is covered by Jabra Warranty+ services.
The Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS bar-only model has a suggested retail price of ₱110,000, while the full package is priced at ₱165,000.
