LBC Express, a courier, cargo, and remittance service, is expanding its long-standing partnership with PLDT Enterprise, its partner through its digital transformation. This partnership includes the adoption of FlutterFlow, a visual development platform from Google Cloud Marketplace, facilitated by PLDT’s ICT subsidiary, ePLDT.

The collaboration leverages FlutterFlow’s capabilities to expedite the development and deployment of mobile and web applications. This platform, powered by artificial intelligence (AI), allows LBC’s in-house team to create and maintain applications for different types of users, including delivery riders and customers. The cross-platform native apps developed through FlutterFlow are expected to streamline operations and enhance customer service.

“LBC is driven by a steadfast commitment to innovation and transformation to move beyond legacy systems and solutions to achieve an enhanced overall customer experience,” said Alfie Deato, SVP and CIO of LBC.

By integrating FlutterFlow and utilizing other resources on the Google Cloud Platform, LBC aims to benefit from personalized support and tailored professional services, optimizing its logistics and customer service processes.

ICT solutions

“As they continue their pursuit of service excellence, LBC can count on its continued partnership with PLDT Enterprise, strengthened by our ICT solutions at ePLDT,” said Victor Genuino, president and CEO of ePLDT. “We are confident that we can collaboratively empower LBC to achieve their goals in today’s digital world through our extensive pool of outcome-based multi-cloud solutions.”

The strategic collaboration between LBC and PLDT Enterprise is part of a broader effort to support businesses in their digital journeys. ePLDT’s commitment to providing innovative ICT solutions aims to help companies like LBC enhance efficiency, ensure business continuity, and elevate the customer experience.

With its adoption of FlutterFlow, LBC hopes to stay competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of its customers and stakeholders.
