Technology company Lenovo has introduced a new line of desktops and monitors designed for today’s work environments. The launch includes the ThinkCentre M Series Gen 6 desktops and ThinkVision T Series Gen 40 monitors, which aim to support multitasking and productivity through AI-enhanced performance and user-friendly features.

The ThinkCentre M Series Gen 6 desktops come in three formats: tower, compact, and all-in-one (AIO). These are built to meet different workspace needs, from large office desks to tight retail counters. The tower models, including the ThinkCentre M90t Gen 6, offer up to Intel vPro Enterprise with AI-capable Intel Core Ultra 9 processors, support for DDR5 memory, and multiple expansion slots. These are suitable for demanding tasks like data analysis and design work.

For tighter workspaces, the compact 1-liter desktop design can be placed behind a monitor or inside a drawer. The ThinkCentre M90q Gen 6, for example, supports up to four displays and includes an option for a discrete NPU that delivers up to 30 TOPs of AI performance.

The AIO desktop lineup offers a more streamlined setup, combining power and display in one device. The ThinkCentre M90a Gen 6 features a 23.8-inch near-edgeless screen with 99% sRGB color coverage and a 120Hz refresh rate. These units are built for sectors like healthcare and education, where space, visuals, and AI support are crucial.

Displays with clean design and smart features

All ThinkCentre M Series desktops feature Lenovo’s own AI solutions, including Lenovo AI Now, a built-in assistant, and the AI Turbo Engine, which adjusts system resources based on workload. Security is a focus, with features like ThinkShield, a dTPM 2.0 chip, USB access controls, and BIOS-level protections.

The ThinkVision T Series Gen 40 monitors come in WQHD and UHD resolutions and support wide color ranges. Select models also offer fast charging through USB-C and built-in VoIP tools. The monitors use 95% post-consumer recycled plastic and meet eco-certifications like ENERGY STAR and EPEAT Gold.

IT departments can use Lenovo Display Fleet Manager to manage multiple displays remotely, install updates, and adjust settings, all aimed at reducing disruptions during work hours.
