LG Electronics has introduced its latest xboom audio lineup, combining modern design, AI-powered smart features, and creative direction from global music artist will.i.am. The new collection builds on the energy of the earlier XBOOM range, now offering more balanced acoustics and a style suited to today’s listening habits.

will.i.am, a nine-time Grammy winner known for merging music and technology, served as the lineup’s experiential architect. He helped refine the sound to deliver warmer tones and a more immersive experience. LG said his input added creativity and cultural depth to both the design and performance of the products.

The series features four portable audio devices: the xboom Stage 301, xboom Bounce, xboom Grab, and xboom Buds, each designed for specific uses.

The xboom Stage 301 produces deep bass and wide stereo sound through a 6.5-inch woofer and 2.5-inch midrange speakers. It runs up to 12 hours on a single charge, features karaoke-ready mic controls and DJ effects through the LG ThinQ app, and is splash-resistant with an IPX4 rating for casual indoor gatherings.

The xboom Bounce delivers strong bass with dual passive radiators and twin dome tweeters, offering up to 30 hours of playtime. Built with an IP67 rating and tested to US military durability standards, it withstands dust, water, and impacts, making it suited for outdoor use.

The xboom Grab is a smaller, tube-shaped speaker with a 16mm dome tweeter, providing crisp sound and up to 20 hours of battery life. Like the Bounce, it carries an IP67 rating and military-grade durability, with a strap for easy carrying during hikes or outdoor hangouts.

For personal listening, the xboom Buds deliver clear audio with advanced noise cancellation and three microphones for better call quality. They offer up to 30 hours of use, work with both iOS and Android through the xboom Buds app, and include customizable EQ settings.

All xboom devices come with AI-powered features, including automatic sound adjustments, space calibration, mood-based lighting, and Auracast Party Link, which lets users pair multiple speakers for a bigger soundstage.
