Manulife Asia has signed a three-year Exclusive Premier Sponsorship agreement with the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international association of top insurance and financial professionals. This partnership will strengthen Manulife’s agency force across the region by offering tools, knowledge, and opportunities for professional growth.
The program, launched earlier this year, focuses on advancing agents’ careers in life insurance and financial services. MDRT is widely recognized as a benchmark for excellence. In 2023, Manulife ranked third globally in MDRT membership.

The initiative includes in-person workshops, online courses, and mentorship opportunities for agents at all levels. Programs such as Academy Train the Trainer provide year-round support, while expert-led sessions enhance the skills of agency leaders and MDRT members.
In the Philippines, Manulife has introduced the League of Extraordinary Advisors Program (LEAP) to help advisors achieve MDRT membership and leadership roles. LEAP offers coaching and mentorship, focusing on best practices, sales strategies, and MDRT tools. Manulife Philippines has also launched a career progression program recognizing advisors with Top of the Table (TOT) and Court of the Table (COT) honors.
