Max, a streaming service from Warner Bros. Discovery, will launch in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong on Nov. 19. This service will combine popular content from HBO, the DC Universe, Discovery, Cartoon Network, and HGTV, making it a versatile entertainment platform.

Subscribers can look forward to a range of films, TV shows, reality programs, and family-friendly options all in one place.

One highlight of the launch is the premiere of “Dune: Prophecy,” an HBO Original. This series explores the story of two sisters from the Harkonnen family as they establish the powerful Bene Gesserit faction. Popular series like “Game of Thrones,” “Friends,” “The Last of Us,” and “House of the Dragon” will also be available on Max.

In December, Max will introduce the adult animated series “Creature Commandos,” produced by James Gunn, and a reality show hosted by Harry Potter twins James and Oliver Phelps. Subscribers can also enjoy movies from Warner Bros., Paramount, and NBCUniversal, with options including “Oppenheimer,” “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” and “Fast X.” Families can access kid-friendly programs like “Lego Ninjago” and “Barney’s World.”

The platform offers flexible subscription options. The Mobile Plan, at P149 monthly, includes HD streaming on one device. The Standard Plan, at P269, allows streaming on two devices in full HD. The Ultimate Plan, priced at P399, supports 4K and Dolby Atmos on up to four devices.

Max will be accessible via http://www.max.com, app stores, and local providers, providing more details on its website.
