MSI, a computer hardware company, has unveiled its latest laptops featuring Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs at CES 2025. The lineup includes over 30 models across five series, combining powerful hardware with innovative features for gaming, productivity, and AI-enhanced tasks.

The Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Norse Myth stands out with a unique hand-drawn dragon design inspired by Norse mythology. It delivers cutting-edge performance tailored for gamers seeking high-end hardware.

The Raider and Vector series, refreshed with up to Nvidia RTX 5090 GPUs, cater to power users, offering advanced performance supported by MSI’s OverBoost Ultra Technology. These models support up to 270W of total power for demanding applications.

The Stealth series introduces AI-enhanced features with AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processors. Laptops in this series include the Copilot+ certification, which optimizes performance for AI-driven tasks. The lineup also features a lightweight magnesium-aluminum chassis, providing durability and portability.

For professionals and creators, MSI’s new Venture and VenturePro series offer reliable solutions. These laptops, equipped with advanced CPUs and Nvidia GPUs, handle creative tasks efficiently while delivering extended battery life for productivity on the go.

Nvidia RTX 50 GPUs bring advanced gaming, AI tools

MSI’s new laptops benefit from the capabilities of Nvidia RTX 50 Series GPUs, powered by Nvidia Blackwell architecture. These GPUs provide significant AI performance, enhanced graphics fidelity, and features like Nvidia DLSS 4, which boosts game visuals and performance. Creators gain access to Nvidia Studio tools for projects requiring high-resolution rendering and video editing.

AI developers can also leverage Nvidia NIM microservices, enabling advanced workflows and local AI assistant development.

Upgraded processors

The laptops feature Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors with 24 cores and integrated AI capabilities, providing a 15% performance improvement over previous models. MSI’s AMD-powered laptops include Ryzen 9000 HX series processors and Ryzen AI 300 series chips, offering up to 50 TOPS of AI processing power for tasks requiring speed and efficiency.

MSI has introduced new thermal solutions, including an SSD heat pipe design that lowers SSD temperatures by up to 10°C. This innovation ensures stable performance for PCIe Gen 5 SSDs, enabling fast data access and transfer. The new Super RAID 5 system combines Gen5 and Gen4 SSDs, achieving read speeds of up to 18,000MB/s.

AI integration for smarter controls

MSI’s AI Robot, developed in partnership with Nvidia, uses a locally deployed language model for offline natural language processing. This allows users to control laptops using voice commands, enhancing functionality without requiring an internet connection.
