OCS Philippines inaugurated its new office at SM Offices’ Mega Tower in Mandaluyong City, supported by Pronove Tai International Property Consultants as their Tenant Representative.
Despite being a fresh presence in the Philippines under the OCS banner, the company has had a longstanding history in the country since 1969. It began as a local family-owned business, underwent changes, notably rebranding to Atalian Global Services after a 2015 acquisition, and now transitions to OCS Facilities Services Philippines Inc. following Atalian’s divestment of its UK & Asia business to Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a renowned Private Equity Investment firm. CD&R acquired the global OCS Group, prompting the consolidation and renaming of both entities worldwide.
“We are uniquely positioned to move forward in the market with our tailored Integrated Facilities Management model, to service both our existing and prospective clients across a broad range of industries with an ever-expanding range of self-delivered services,” said Phil Carter, managing director, OCS Philippines.

As part of the OCS Group, OCS Facilities Services Philippines Inc. operates as a major player in Facilities Management, offering crucial services vital for buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and real estate assets. Their scope includes cleaning, technical maintenance, HVAC, security, and more, catering to businesses outsourcing these non-core functions.
Global workforce
Globally, OCS boasts a workforce exceeding 130,000 across 26 countries, anticipating revenue growth from £2 billion GBP to £4 billion GBP by 2027. In the Philippines, OCS spans nationwide with over 4,000 employees.
In a robust growth phase, OCS Philippines expands organically and through client referrals, fostering partnerships while venturing into various sectors like corporate offices, manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications.
OCS Philippines prioritizes self-delivery of contracted services, leveraging their in-house workforce instead of outsourcing, providing flexibility through Mobile Service teams responsive to diverse client needs. The company aims to infuse technology into its operations, exploring robotics for cleaning to reduce physical labor and enhance efficiency.
Looking ahead, OCS Philippines plans to extend its reach into emerging industries like renewable energy, education, and hospitality, anticipating a heightened role in Facilities Management amid evolving business landscapes. Their focus remains on creating and sustaining conducive environments for safety, productivity, and success.
