Smart device brand Oppo is set to reveal its Find X8 Series, featuring the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, at a global event on Nov. 21, 2024, in Bali, Indonesia. Both models bring fresh advancements in mobile photography, slim designs, and Oppo’s updated ColorOS 15.
“Until now, flagship camera phones with ultra-zoom, power, battery life, and AI (artificial intelligence) tools have been weighed down by thick, heavy designs, but Find X8 Series changes the game,” said Pete Lau, senior vice president and chief product officer at Oppo. “Find X8 is a thin and light powerhouse with ultra-beating battery life and a periscope zoom. Find X8 Pro takes zoom further, delivering high-grade experiences without the bulk.”
The Oppo Find X8 is designed with an emphasis on sleekness, measuring 7.85mm thick and weighing 193 grams. Its 6.59-inch screen is framed by ultra-thin 1.45mm borders, creating a compact yet immersive display experience. Available in Star Grey, Space Black, and Shell Pink, the phone features a fingerprint-resistant finish for added ease of use.
The larger Find X8 Pro, sporting a 6.78-inch display with quad-curved glass, includes Oppo’s dual-periscope telephoto camera system. Color options include Space Black and Pearl White, with each Pearl White model featuring a unique pearlescent finish.
Both phones utilize Oppo’s Hasselblad Master Camera System, which offers enhanced zoom capabilities and a rapid Lightning Snap mode, capturing up to seven photos per second. The Find X8 houses a 5630mAh battery, while the Find X8 Pro boasts a 5910mAh capacity, paired with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processors for sustained, efficient performance.
ColorOS 15 further enhances the user experience with its intuitive interface, AI tools, and seamless navigation designed to support the series’ advanced hardware.
