According to the latest report from Counterpoint Research, smart device maker OPPO surpassed its competitors in Southeast Asia to achieve top market share in the smartphone league. OPPO gained 20.3% market share in the second quarter of 2020 despite the declining market behavior caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the same quarter in 2019, OPPO ranked second with 7.3 million units shipped to SEA including the Philippines and Indonesia which were the key markets in the region based on the local market share performance.
