PalawanPay, the e-wallet service from Palawan Group of Companies, has teamed up with CleverTap, a customer engagement platform, to improve how it connects with users. The partnership aims to boost personalization, drive customer retention, and expand PalawanPay’s user base, which now exceeds 20 million.

PalawanPay provides a range of financial services through its app and offers customers access to services anytime, anywhere. The goal of this collaboration is to ensure even better service through tailored user experiences.

By integrating CleverTap’s technology, PalawanPay can now better understand its users and send targeted promotions. This has led to higher customer engagement and a rise in transaction rates.

According to Third Librea, CEO of  PalawanPay, the ability to customize user experiences plays a crucial role in boosting customer interactions and transactions.

CleverTap’s solutions have also been effective in re-engaging inactive users, helping PalawanPay reduce churn and increase its conversion rates. As a result, PalawanPay said it saw a 2.2x increase in new user conversions within a week of joining and a 7x increase in repeat transactions from highly engaged users.
