BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) partnered with BTI Payments to enable customers to apply for various banking products directly through Pay&Go kiosks. This partnership aims to make financial services more accessible to communities nationwide.
“We share the common goal with BPI of reaching out to more communities and providing them with access to basic financial banking services,” said Dan Ibarra, CEO of BTI Payments. “Our joint effort marks a significant step towards building a more financially inclusive Philippines.”
Customers can now use Pay&Go kiosks to easily open an e-wallet and savings account, apply for loans, and request credit cards. The kiosks, which are located in grocery stores, shopping malls, and even available online through platforms like Lazada, will serve as an additional touchpoint for BPI’s services.
“With our goal of reaching 50 million customers, we are driven to continuously innovate and meet our customers’ needs,” said Rally Jereza, SVP at BPI and head of BPI Agency Banking. “This partnership with Pay&Go is a key part of our push for innovation, and we are thrilled to explore new opportunities together. Our potential is limitless.”
