Fintech company Eplayment has named cosplayer Charess as the first ambassador for its content platform, PIXEL. Launched in 2023, PIXEL helps creators manage their content and monetize it using a suite of creator tools while building a community.

Charess, a well-known figure in the Philippine cosplay scene, was introduced alongside the Eplayment team and other PIXEL Partner Creators. She was chosen for her experience blending cosplay and gaming content and her focus on authenticity as a content creator.

“I had been a PIXEL user for some time, and it really enabled me to connect even more with my audience, so to be able to represent the platform that helped me expand my community, it was an opportunity I 100% wanted to take,” Charess said.

“The goal is for PIXEL to really be on par with the artist community platforms that we’re familiar with,” said Karlos Naidas, president and CEO of Eplayment. “With Charess on board as our Ambassador and our new features launching next year, we’re optimistic that this can be achieved soon.”

PIXEL also announced the platform is now available on mobile, allowing creators and their audiences to access content more easily.

“Giving the creators the platform for their passion is what it’s always been about, and that is PIXEL’s focus entering the new year,” said Let Perez, director for Creators & Communities at Eplayment.

Since its launch, PIXEL has expanded its tools and user base, and with Charess as ambassador, the platform aims to support more creators in building and sharing their work.
