PLDT emerged as a leader in internet speed in the Philippines, maintaining its dominance in the Ookla Speedtest Awards for five consecutive years. With an aggressive network expansion, PLDT ensured top-tier customer experiences, delivering unmatched fiber-optic speeds of up to 10 Gbps. By extending its fiber footprint to over 1.1 million cable kilometers, PLDT reached more than 17.3 million homes across 69% of the country’s municipalities, boasting 6.15 million fiber ports covering 18,000 barangays nationwide.
2. Smart Home transformations
PLDT introduced the concept of Smart Home experiences in key cities like Muntinlupa, Pasay, and Makati. These immersive spaces showcased diverse possibilities, transforming homes into dynamic hubs. From dedicated workspaces and gaming zones equipped with smart lighting to fitness areas furnished with smart workout equipment, PLDT’s Smart Home concept redefined convenience and entertainment. Customers explored a range of security devices, from high-resolution cameras to smart locks, ensuring a comprehensive approach to home safety.

Recognizing the growing importance of family time, PLDT Home partnered with leading entertainment providers like HBO GO, Lionsgate Play, Viu, and NBA League Pass. Subscribers to PLDT Home plans gained access to an expansive list of content, spanning global series, K-dramas, sports shows, and local movies. This collaboration enriched family leisure time with diverse entertainment options easily accessible at home.
4. Safe Internet Practices
Understanding the significance of a secure online environment for families, PLDT actively blocked 13.3 billion domains and 1.5 million access attempts related to child sexual abuse and exploitation materials (CSAEM) through its Child Protection Platform. Collaborating with tech partners and ambassadors, PLDT raised awareness about online child protection, emphasizing the importance of a secure digital space for all.
5. Empowering Mompreneurs
The PLDT Home-powered online community, Madiskarte Moms PH (MMPH), received accolades for its contribution to sustainable development, digital inclusion among women, and support for small enterprises. With 170,000 members, MMPH facilitated training for over 15,000 moms, aided 75 businesses with digital kits, and conducted numerous webinars and educational sessions. MMPH also recognized exceptional mompreneurs through its Gawad Madiskarte Awards and actively engaged in public forums and events.
In addition to the list, PLDT Home partnered with health and wellness app mWell to offer customers a complimentary health pass until Febr. 29, 2024. This health pass granted access to online doctor consultations, fitness and nutrition programs, and the mWell Score, an overall health tracker.
