PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid users can now reload their internet service through the Maya app and at Maya Business Centers nationwide, expanding payment options for households that rely on prepaid broadband.
The new channel allows customers to pay for fiber internet through cashless transactions on the Maya app or via over-the-counter payments at partner retailers. PLDT said the added flexibility supports users who need reliable home internet for work, school, and entertainment while managing costs more easily.
“By expanding our loading channels through Maya’s consumer app and Maya Business Center retailer network, we’re making PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid more accessible, flexible, and aligned with how Filipinos live and use digital payments today,” said John Palanca, senior vice president and head of consumer business of PLDT.
More households are now shifting to usage-based internet plans to better control spending. It also aligns with rising adoption of digital wallets for everyday transactions such as bills payment, shopping, and money transfers.
To reload via the Maya app:
- Users can open the app, go to the Shop section
- Select Broadband, choose PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid
- Enter their account number, and complete payment.
- Once processed, the load is credited instantly and can be verified through the customer’s myHome account.
For users who prefer cash payments, Maya Business Centers also accept PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid reloads. PLDT said this option helps extend internet access to communities where digital payment usage may still be limited, while also giving small retailers additional income opportunities.
