Premier Apple partner Power Mac Center has opened its first Mobile Care Service Center in the Ilocos region, located at Robinsons La Union. This marks the company’s first Apple Authorized Service Provider in the area, offering customers in Northern Luzon access to certified repair and maintenance for Apple devices.

“Power Mac Center believes that quality service should be as accessible as the products we offer,” said Joey Alvarez, director of marketing and product management, PMC. “This new Mobile Care Service Center in Robinsons La Union ensures that our customers in the region can experience seamless support for their Apple devices that is closer to home.”

The company now operates 23 Mobile Care Service Centers nationwide, including 16 standalone branches and seven inside Apple Premium Partner stores.

To mark the opening, Mobile Care is offering discounts on selected services. Customers can get 50% off on diagnostic fees, software fixes, and non-repair services on July 10, and 25% off on the same services from July 11 to 13.

The Robinsons La Union branch also houses the province’s first Power Mac Center retail store, carrying Apple products and accessories.

Customers can also join the 1 Infinite loyalty program by downloading the app on the App Store or Google Play. Members earn points for purchases, which can be redeemed for products, services, and training. Purchases on the Web Store also qualify for rewards.

The new Mobile Care Service Center is located on Level 3 at Digiworld, Robinsons La Union, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It adds to Power Mac Center’s retail and service network across the Ilocos and Northern Luzon region.
