Smart Communications Inc., the wireless unit of PLDT, has opened its upgraded Smart Store at the Cyberzone on the second floor of SM City Cabanatuan, aiming to provide better service and digital solutions to customers in Nueva Ecija and nearby areas.
The store, previously located at NE Pacific Mall and moved to SM City Cabanatuan in 2016, offers a full range of services including SIM activations, device sales, billing assistance, technical support, and access to Smart’s latest digital offerings.
“This new Smart Store is more than just a retail space; it’s a hub for connection, empowerment, and service,” said Eden Techico, VP and head of retail operations and transformation at Smart.
Customers can check out Smart Prepaid and Postpaid plans, PLDT Home products, switch their mobile numbers to Smart or TNT, and shop for gadgets designed to help them stay productive and connected. The store also features self-service kiosks and staff trained to assist customers efficiently.
Cabanatuan City, the largest in Nueva Ecija, is known for its lively communities and landmarks such as Plaza Lucero and the Cabanatuan Cathedral. It remains a growing center of commerce and culture in Central Luzon.
