PRecious Philippines builds strong client base on first year

PRecious Communications, an integrated communications agency, marks its first year in the Philippines with “incredible” client growth.

Precious Philippines is able to build a strong client base of startups and tech businesses alongside major players in the B2B and corporate sectors since it started operations last year.

“With its continued economic growth pegged at 6% in 2023, a digital economy that has recently passed the P2 trillion mark, and thriving business ecosystem, the Philippines is one of the most important markets for PRecious as it remains an attractive destination for companies seeking business opportunities, investment potential, and market expansion,” said Lars Voedisch, managing director, PRecious Communications.

Precious Philippines’ growing client list includes the venture builder 917Ventures, visa outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions, VFS Global, regional insurtech Igloo, and the digital banking arm of Union Bank of the Philippines, UnionDigital Bank.

From a one-person team in June 2022 to now a team of close to 10 consultants, PRecious Philippines was able to provide strategic counseling that has helped local brands and players get regional traction and establish them as thought leaders not only within the country but across Southeast Asia.

“As the team embedded itself in our country’s thriving startup ecosystem, we were able to support various industries as well,” said Paolo Alba, country lead for the Philippines and regional business director of PRecious Communications. “This year, we expect to continue growing the business by more than 40% and grow our team by another 50%.”
