Gamers can compete in “Dota 2” or “Valorant” for a chance to win the prize pool of P1 million and a Predator Shield as Predator League returns to the Philippines.
The tournament will have three stages: Qualifiers, Group Stage, and Grand Finals. Qualifiers will be held both online and onsite, with four offline and four online qualifiers taking place across the Philippines. Each winner will receive P5,000 and secure a spot in the Group Stage. These pocket tournaments will be held from July to September for “Dota 2” and September to October for “Valorant.”
After the qualifiers, the teams will be grouped for the Group Stage, competing in a best-of-one round-robin format. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Grand Finals. The Group Stage matches will be live-streamed.
The top four teams will face off in a LAN final in November, with the champions of “Dota 2” and “Valorant” earning P250,000 along with the prestigious Predator Shield. The runners-up will be awarded P100,000, while the 3rd and 4th placers will earn P55,000.
The winning teams of “Dota 2” and “Valorant” will also represent the Philippines in the Grand Final event early in 2024.
Details for the Grand Finals will be announced at a later date. This tournament provides a great opportunity for aspiring esports players to kickstart their professional careers and showcase their talents on a grand stage.
