Pru Life UK, a major player in the Philippine life insurance sector, reported covering 1.75 million Filipinos by the end of 2023. 

As per the Enhanced Quarterly Report on Selected Financial Statistics2 submitted to the Insurance Commission, Pru Life UK processed over 8,000 claims last year and disbursed P1.9 billion in claims and insurance benefits for matured policies. These figures highlight the insurer’s ongoing commitment to its policyholders’ financial stability and well-being.

Pru Life UK boasts over 38,000 digitally empowered agents nationwide, who ensure that personalized service and expert advice are always readily accessible to their clientele.

In line with its customer-centric approach, Pru Life UK recently launched several initiatives under its “Customer Day” campaign, which is designed to foster a deeper understanding of customer needs through direct interactions. Prudential executives and staff engage with customers at local service centers and contact centers, allowing employees to gain valuable insights and better empathize with the customers’ experiences.

A highlight of the campaign is the “#RealTalk: Stories of our Customers” series, where agency leaders and senior management explore case studies of customer experiences. These stories aim to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
