Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) has expanded its partnership with Adrenalin, a human capital management (HCM) solutions provider, to improve its human resource systems and support its workforce development plans.

The Yuchengco-led bank will implement Adrenalin Max 2.0, a digital platform that aims to make HR processes more connected and data-driven. The system will serve more than 7,900 employees in 450 branches nationwide.

“Onboarding Adrenalin Max 2.0 elevates that foundation with enhanced capabilities that personalize every employee journey from candidate to alumni,” said Rowena Subido, first senior vice president and head of RCBC Human Resources Group.

The new system combines various HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement into one platform. It is designed to automate routine tasks and provide insights through data analytics and artificial intelligence.

“By unifying data and automating routine work, our HR teams can focus on more strategic people initiatives, workforce readiness, and improved employee experience. Most importantly, empowered employees drive better customer experiences, fueling RCBC’s next phase of growth,” Subido said.

Adrenalin’s HCM platform is used by more than 2,000 companies globally and supports payroll compliance in 40 countries. It powers RCBC’s existing web-based HR system, myHRIS.

“The Philippines is a strategic market for us, and we’re deepening local investments in product, partners, and talent to deliver future-ready employee experiences,” said Srinivasa Bharathy, managing director and CEO of Adrenalin.
