Xiaomi has released the Redmi Pad 2 4G in the Philippines, a budget-friendly tablet designed for daily entertainment and smooth performance. Now available through Xiaomi’s official online stores and partner retailers, the device comes in two variants: 6GB+128GB for ₱10,499 and 8GB+256GB for ₱12,499.

The tablet features a large 11-inch 2.5K screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, making it ideal for watching videos, browsing, or playing games. It includes eye-friendly features such as DC dimming and certifications for low blue light and flicker-free viewing. The quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio deliver quality sound for an immersive experience.

Running on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, the tablet allows users to connect and work across Xiaomi devices. Features like call sync, network sync, and shared clipboard make it easy to receive calls, access a hotspot, and transfer text or images between a phone and tablet without switching devices.

The Redmi Pad 2 4G is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra chip and packs a 9000mAh battery for long viewing or working sessions. With dual SIM and dual 4G support, users can stay connected even without Wi-Fi. The metal unibody design adds a premium feel and sturdy grip.

The tablet supports accessories such as the Redmi Smart Pen, which offers precise writing with low delay, and the Redmi Pad 2 Cover, which provides full protection and supports smart wake/sleep functions.

Buyers on Shopee from June 5 to 18 can also get a free Redmi Smart Pen or Redmi Buds 6 Active and a P500 discount using the code RMIPAD2.
