Cloud software company Salesforce announced expanded partnerships with OpenAI, Google, AWS, Stripe, and Anthropic during its annual Dreamforce 2025.
“We’re witnessing the most transformative tech shift since the internet: the rise of AI agents,” Salesforce said in a media advisory.
The company’s Agentic Enterprise Index found that employee interactions with AI agents increased by 65% month over month in early 2025, with conversations lasting 35% longer. Salesforce said this shows how these systems are becoming essential at work.
Through its expanded partnerships, Salesforce aims to link large language models (LLMs) more closely with enterprise software, combining business data and logic with adaptive AI tools.
With OpenAI, Salesforce will make its Agentforce 360 apps available in ChatGPT, allowing users to access sales data, review customer conversations, or build Tableau visualizations directly in ChatGPT. ChatGPT will also be integrated into Slack to summarize conversations and draft messages.
Salesforce’s partnership with Anthropic will let companies in regulated industries use Claude as a preferred AI model within Agentforce 360 while keeping sensitive data secure. The integration will also extend to Slack, with plans to bring Agentforce 360 to Claude.
Salesforce and AWS will work together to speed up AI adoption through unified data tools, secure and interoperable AI agents, and modernized contact centers. Salesforce’s listing on AWS Marketplace has surpassed $2 billion in lifetime sales since joining in 2023.
With Stripe, Salesforce is developing an Instant Checkout integration using the Agentic Commerce Protocol, enabling merchants to offer conversational AI for online sales. The collaboration aims to simplify transactions while keeping payments secure.
Salesforce also expanded its partnership with Google to integrate Gemini models into Agentforce 360 and Slack. This will allow AI systems to automate complex workflows while connecting seamlessly with Google Workspace apps like Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Meet.
Salesforce said these partnerships mark a new phase in enterprise software, where AI agents help businesses operate more efficiently while maintaining security and trust.
