Samsung is putting more focus on its Galaxy Z smartphones as everyday tools for users starting 2026, highlighting on durability, flexible designs, and built-in artificial intelligence (AI) features for daily use.

The company said the Galaxy Z Series is designed for people who rely on their phones to capture photos and videos, manage tasks, and stay productive while on the move. The devices are built to handle regular wear and tear, including frequent folding and everyday outdoor use.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 are designed for users who need a larger screen for work and creative tasks. Samsung said the device uses a new Armor FlexHinge and a titanium plate layer to improve strength. The internal ultra-thin glass is now thicker, while the cover display is protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. The phone also uses an Armor Aluminum frame for added durability.

For users who prefer a smaller form factor, the Galaxy Z Flip7 features reinforced glass on both the cover and back using Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Samsung said the redesigned hinge is thinner and uses stronger materials to support long-term use. The device also comes with an Armor Aluminum frame.

Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE as a more affordable option. The phone has a 6.7-inch display and is designed for streaming, basic content creation, and communication. Galaxy AI supports productivity features built into the device.

Galaxy AI tools available across the lineup include Sketch-to-Image, which turns simple drawings into images, and Audio Eraser, which helps remove unwanted background noise from videos. These features allow users to edit content directly on their phones.

Samsung is offering installment plans and trade-in deals until Feb. 28. These include 0% interest payment options, trade-in discounts for eligible devices, and carrier offers with Globe and Smart. Customers who buy selected Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy Z Flip7 models through these carriers between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31 will receive a ₱8,000 Samsung.com eVoucher, which can be used until March 31, 2026.
