Recognizing that smartphones are now a necessity for work, play, and personal use and that these devices contain valuable information, Samsung is offering up to five years of security updates for Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G and four generations of Android OS updates.

The Galaxy A34 5G and A54 5G also offer Privacy Protection features that are designed to protect data from risks like improper use and permanent loss. Samsung also has Secure Folder where users can store photos, videos, or other information with limited access.

The Private Share function allows users to distribute files exclusively to authorized recipients under time limits and with screenshots disabled when sharing essential files containing sensitive or personal information.

Smart Call detects spam and fraudulent calls while Device Protection, which can be seen on the security dashboard, regularly scans the phones for viruses or malware. Users can activate Maintenance Mode to disable viewing of photographs, messages, and data while the phone is being serviced.

OS Upgrades

Samsung is also offering four generations of Android OS upgrades on the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G.

The Galaxy A54 5G retails for P26,990 for the 256GB variant and P24,990 for the 128 GB variant and comes in three trendy colors: Awesome Graphite, Awesome Lime, and the online-exclusive Awesome Violet. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A34 5G retails for P21,990 for the 256GB variant and P19,990 for the 128 GB variant and comes in two colors: Awesome Graphite and Awesome Violet.
