Shell Pilipinas Corp. has named three tech startups as finalists in the 2025 Shell LiveWire program, its enterprise development initiative that supports Filipino entrepreneurship.

The finalists were selected after a pitch event in June, with their projects focusing on agriculture, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Agridom, from SF Group of Companies Inc., offers drone-powered precision farming tools to help smallholder farmers improve efficiency and sustainability. Greentech Ecobooster is developing a fuel optimization device that aims to improve engine performance, lower fuel consumption, reduce costs, and cut greenhouse gas emissions. Pili AdheSeal Inc. is creating sustainable adhesive and sealant products from agricultural waste, promoting a circular economy that benefits Pili farmers and the environment.

The three startups are now in Shell LiveWire’s acceleration phase, receiving mentorship, product development funding, and expert guidance. The top winner will receive up to ₱1 million in equity-free cash, while the second and third placers will get ₱500,000 each.

The program also has a track for community enterprises, with 51 participants from various regions and industries receiving grant or in-kind support to strengthen operations.

Nascent Technologies Corp. received the A-Lister recognition, a special citation for promising startups still in development.

PwC serves as the official auditor for the 2025 Shell LiveWire Philippines to ensure transparency.

The Shell LiveWire 2025 finale will be held in September at the Echelon Event, where the winning startup will be announced.
